Kegelia is a pelvic floor exercise application for iOS that provides guided Kegel exercise programs with visual and haptic feedback. The App stores your data locally on your device. Some features may require an active internet connection, such as subscription validation and crash reporting.
All data you create in Kegelia is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your exercise history, progress, or personal settings. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. If you delete the App, your data will be permanently lost.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
You agree to use Kegelia for its intended purpose as a personal pelvic floor exercise tool. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Kegelia is an exercise guidance tool, not a medical device or health service. The App provides pelvic floor exercise programs based on commonly recommended techniques, but this does not constitute medical, physiological, or health advice.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, have had pelvic surgery, or have any pelvic floor condition. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience pain or discomfort during exercises.
We make no claims regarding the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical condition.
We strive to keep Kegelia available and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may release updates that you will need to install to continue using the App.
Kegelia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will not occur. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
