How do I restore my purchase?
Open Kegelia → Settings → Restore Purchase. This will sync your subscription across devices signed into the same Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Kegelia. You can cancel or change your plan there.

Is my data backed up?
Your data is stored locally on your device. It is included in your iCloud device backup if enabled.

Can I use Kegelia on multiple devices?
Your subscription works across all devices signed into the same Apple ID. Data is stored locally per device.

Should I consult a doctor before using Kegelia?
If you are pregnant, postpartum, have had pelvic surgery, or have any pelvic floor condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
