Kegelia ("we", "our", "us") is a pelvic floor exercise app for iOS.

Your core data — exercise history, programs, progress, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not access this data and it is not transmitted off your device. If you delete the app, this data is permanently removed.
Kegelia does not collect, store, or transmit any health or medical data to external servers. All exercise-related information remains exclusively on your device. We do not integrate with Apple HealthKit or any health data platforms.
We use a small number of third-party services to improve app stability and understand how features are used. These services may collect limited data as described below. We process this data based on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the app (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for subscription processing, on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)).
We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous usage analytics and crash reports. This helps us understand how the app is used and fix bugs. The data may include device type, OS version, and general interaction patterns. This data does not directly identify you.
Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not collect or store any payment information. All purchase data is managed by Apple according to their privacy practices.
Kegelia is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@kegelia.app and we will take steps to delete such information.
Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. Deleting the app removes all local data permanently and stops all data collection. Anonymized analytics and crash data retained by Firebase is subject to their retention policies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since we don't collect personally identifiable information, there is generally no personal data for us to provide or delete. If you have questions about your rights, please contact us.
